Purchased a hot tub from them last year in August 2025 they have been great from the installation all the way to this year and helping me with getting my hot tub set up and with a warranty issue that arose this month. Their customer service is above and beyond and will highly recommend them to anyone seeking out a pool or hot tub.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Tim and his entire team at Outdoor Living! From our very first meetings and concept designs to scheduling, construction, and the final product, the entire experience was truly exceptional.

Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Tim surrounded himself with quality people who were not only wonderful to work with but also coordinated seamlessly with his team, making the entire process feel organized and stress-free.

One of our favorite parts of the build was watching our girls get so excited about everything happening in the backyard. They loved being outside watching the crew work, and the team welcomed them with open arms. They would laugh with the girls, show them what they were working on, and even joke about “who has the best job on the team.” Those little moments meant so much to our family and really showed us what kind of people we were working with.

From start to finish, we felt like our vision was heard, valued, and brought to life. What was once a backyard has now been completely transformed into our own private oasis—a place where our family can make memories for years to come.

Thank you, Tim and the entire Outdoor Living team, for creating something so beautiful and for making the entire experience such a positive and memorable one. We would wholeheartedly recommend Outdoor Living to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space!

Outdoor Living Pool & Spa recently completed our backyard transformation and we absolutely love it!! The crew worked diligently to complete the project in just 3 short weeks. The process was seamless and the crew was amazing. The in store staff has been great to work with and has made learning the daily routine of taking care of the pool far less complicated than we thought it would be. Thank you so much for making this process go so smoothly!!

This pool and hot tub store is amazing. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Cameron is outstanding with his job. He spent so much time with me with his knowledge, patience intelligence, and much more. He made me feel like a friend when I walked in the door and was very kind and patient and informative in every detail. I highly recommend this store.

We were immediately greeted by Shea - very professional and easy to talk with. We explained that we were building a house in Texas and wanted info on hot tubs. She explained that they don’t have a franchise where we were moving to but looked up a store that carried similar products and gave us their information and phone number. Knowing she wouldn’t make a commission off of us, she still happily answered all of our questions, was VERY knowledgeable about all of the products they offered, and provided us with pamphlets on the products that interested us. We were so impressed with her customer service and professionalism! Great store, great employee!

My wife and I were all over Omaha and Lincoln looking for a new pool vacuum and the salesperson at Leslie pool knew absolutely nothing about their products. We called outdoor living and they explained what they had so we stopped by and Shea knew her products inside and out. She explained in detail all the different models and never tried to upsell us on anything. She gave us a 100 dollar credit for the old one and a 5% military discount. We will be doing all of our business here from now on.

We had a great experience with Outdoor Living Pool and Spa! Purchased sectional, fire pit table, large square table, 8 counter height chairs & 8 bar stools. Shea took great care of us from ordering till delivery. The Polywood product is top notch, quality stuff. It came mostly assembled and what wasn’t was simple to complete. Highly recommend OLP&S, Shea and Polywood for your patio.

If you’re even thinking about getting a hot tub, go see Sarena at Outdoor Living/Spa!

I did a lot of research and visited multiple places, and the difference with Sarena was night and day.
She actually took the time to answer every single question (and I had a lot!) She responded quickly every time I reached out, and never once made me feel pressured!
But, what really stood out was that she wanted me to get the right tub not just make a sale. She walked me through all the different options,
explained everything clearly, and even came out to our home to measure the space so that there were no surprises!
On top of that she made the whole process so easy of everything that was included. She clearly explained and made it stress-free by the end of it I felt confident, taken care of and actually excited about the decision!
If you want someone who’s knowledgeable responsible and genuinely cares about her customers Sarena is the one to work with I highly highly recommend her!
